keep in mind that these settings are only starter settings, you need to actually spent time with the feature to get it down to your own needs.

Tutorial
This is actually pretty straight forward.
To Enter the ModFilters
- go into any Character of your choosing
- click on Mod (or the open slot)
- go into Manage Mods to get to the big View
this is actually not required but makes it easier, trust me
- in the new window select FILTER
You know have access to the Filters where you simply
activate the highlighted areas
and SAVE FILTER afterwards
to use a pre-saved filter
- click on it on the left side
- select FILTER MODS
- Do not forget to RESET TO DEFAULT when you start a new filter
or your current filter settings will be included in the new Filter
RESET/SAVE/FILTER & REVEAL ALL

You can always add secondary stats as filtering based upon your desire
like marking some of them as Not equiped, not in loadouts to get all Mods that are currently unEQUIPPED and could be filtered and sold (as example; always based on a case to case by the player)
