Guilds have 2 daily Guild Activities, Raid Tickets and Daily Guild Activity, that each member can contribute towards. Guilds can have up to 50 members and unlock at Player Level 22, at which point players can choose to join a guild or to create their own guild.

Creating a Guild

Players choosing to create their own guild can use the Create a Guild tab which allows them to do the following:

  • Choose the guild name
  • Choose a logo for the guild
  • Choose colors for the logo
  • Set the guild to Invite Only or Open to Join. If set to Invite Only, Leaders or Officers will need to approve Pending invites before those players can join the guild. When set to Open to Join players will automatically be added to the guild.

It costs 300,000 Credit Credits to create a guild. The person who creates the guild will automatically be set to the rank of Guild Leader and the Guild Reset will be set to the timezone that was active on their device at the time of creation.

Joining a Guild

Wiki-Guild-Search for guild.PNG

Players interested in joining a guild can choose to join a Starter Guild or to search for a guild. Starter Guilds are good guilds for people to start off in that are interested in trying out the game. These are only meant as a temporary guild so players who choose to join them and decide to keep playing should start searching for an active guild they can join.

Players who would like to just jump right into a group of players can use the Guild Search tab to search through a short list of guilds to see if they would like to join one or they can try to find a guild through a Guild Recruitment channel on the games official forum or in a Guild Recruitment Discord server for the game. Players choosing the in-game search can search by name or use the Advanced Search option to modify the results by adjusting the following options:

  • Look only at guilds an ally is in
  • Include invite only guilds
  • Number of guild members in the guild
  • The Galactic Power of the guild

Guild Ranks

Guilds have three types of ranks, Guild Leader, Officer, and Member.

Guild Leader

The person who creates a guild is automatically made the Guild Leader. They are in full control over the guild within the game and have the ability to do the following:

  • Promote Members to Officer
  • Remove any player from the guild
  • Start Raids
  • Choose Territory Battles the guild will do
  • Set messages and direction within Territory Battles and Territory Wars.
  • Change the Guild Logo
  • Set the minimum player Level that can join
  • Switch the guild between Invite Only and Open to Join
  • Set the Guild Message. Most Guild Leaders use the guild message to indicate any requirements a player must have in order to join and remain in the guild such as Galactic Power, days inactive, and Raid Tickets to earn each day.
  • Set Guild Chat messages

Currently Guild Leaders can only be changed in 2 ways. They can choose to leave the guild and the game will ask who they want to promote to Guild Leader or they can go through Technical Support to have them assign someone in the guild without needing to step down. If a Guild Leader becomes inactive for a long time and members feel like they will not be coming back they can also contact Technical Support to have them assign someone in the guild to be the Guild Leader.

Officers are Members that have been promoted by the Guild Leader, usually for the purpose of helping out with certain responsibilities in the guild. Officers can:

  • Remove Members from the guild
  • Accept pending invite requests
  • Set Guild Chat messages
  • Choose Territory Battles the guild will do
  • Set messages and direction within Territory Battles and Territory Wars.
  • Start Raids

Members do not have any special access or privileges within the game other than having access to the guild chat and leaderboards.

Guild Exchange

Players who would like help obtaining specific gear are able to request it from the Character Screen when looking at the pieces they need for them. Any gear eligible to be requested will have a Request button appear under them. The player's request then goes into Guild Exchange where other guild members can donate the specific piece of gear to them. The type of gear a player can request as well as the amount that can be donated is limited based on the gear. Here are the limitations for guild Exchange:

  • Crafted pieces of gear cannot be donated. Gear-Mk 3 Carbanti Sensor Array.png
  • Any gear with a yellow border can not be requested (Gear Tier 12). Gear-Mk 12 ArmaTek Armor Plating Prototype Salvage.pngGear-Mk 8 BioTech Implant Salvage.png
  • Any gear with a purple border that is only used to create a yellow gear piece can not be requested. Gear-Mk 8 Nubian Security Scanner.png
  • Players requesting gear with a blue, green, and light grey border can only receive 10 total and players can only donate 2 at a time. Gear-Mk 1 Arakyd Droid Caller.png Gear-Mk 2 Arakyd Droid Caller.png Gear-Mk 2 Sienar Holo Projector.png
  • Players requesting rare gear with a purple border, such as pieces that come only from Raids, can only receive 2 total, and players can only donate 1 at a time. Gear-Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace Salvage.png
  • Players requesting gear with a purple border that is not considered rare can only receive 5 total and players can only donate 1 at a time. Gear-Mk 3 Sienar Holo Projector.png

Guild Reset

Guilds have a reset time for Guild Activities. The Guild Activities Reset time is set to 30 minutes after the guild creator's current payout time for Squad Arena Rewards. These times are set when the guild is created and can never be changed for the guild. Trying to get different times will require creating a new guild. People joining guilds from other timezones will have a reset time that is offset based on where their timezone is in relation the to the guilds set timezone. Timezones that observe Daylight Savings Time (DST) will also see adjustments to the reset time.

The guild time is constant which means people that live in a timezone that observes Daylight Savings Time will see the reset change for them during DST. By default squad payout times are 6 P.M. in the current timezone a player is in which would make the guild reset time 6:30 P.M., if the guild reset time was set in a timezone during DST the time will go to 5:30 P.M. when that timezone is out of DST. If it is set during standard time then it will go to 7:30 P.M. for that timezone during DST. It is set to the UTC time that your local 6:30 P.M. time is at and will not automatically account for any types of time changes that may be occuring in that timezone.

Guilds were brought to the game on April 24th, 2016.
