Reason(s): Scrap points were adjusted for gear that can be used to make Carbonite Circuit Boards, Bronzium Wiring, Chronmium Transistors, and Aurodium Heatsinks.

The Scavenger is a Jawa junk trader located on the right side of the cantina that allows you to convert Gear into Scrap. Each piece of gear is converted into points that go towards creating the Scrap piece once a specific number of points has been reached. The Scrap pieces are then used as a material along with Signal Data to create and level up Relic Amplifiers which are used to increase a characters stats beyond Gear Level 13. The exact number of points required to create scrap will very for each type. There are 7 types of scrap in the game:

The Scavenger will unlock when a character reaches Gear Level 13.

• Scavenger was introduced to the game on 9-11-2019.

Errors

In the games code are several pieces of gear that were mats for other gear that ultimately did not make it into the final release of the gear piece due to the decision to only use the Prototype. These pieces use to only be seen by people searching through the datamined game files, but when the Scavenger was released these pieces were added as options to use for scrap. They are not needed by any characters nor do they have a place in the game where they can be farmed or received as a completion reward. Several months later these pieces were added to the Hyperdrive Bundles. These gear pieces are:
